Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay was fantastic with beautiful views of the Malacca river and all the luxurious amenities one could ask for. However, the dining options were a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the extra-large beds were such a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with the staff welcoming us warmly and providing helpful recommendations for exploring Melaka. The location was superb, close to many attractions in the city. The dining experience was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were fantastically comfortable and elegantly decorated with teak wood fittings, a cozy corner, and a luxurious four-poster bed. They were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The only downside was the lack of phonic isolation. The service was exceptional with warm and friendly staff, especially the ladies in exquisite Malaysian traditional dress. The location was excellent, just across from a new mall, river cruise station, and the heritage village of Kampung Morten, offering a lovely walk along the river. The dining experience was top-notch, although more oriented towards local cuisine. Overall, a very nice hotel with fantastic facilities.
The hotel offers spacious and elegant rooms with all the luxuries expected, located in a quiet and comfortable setting. The outstanding service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff makes for a welcoming experience. The location is excellent for exploring local attractions, although slightly removed from the main traffic flow. The dining experience offers a variety of options, though some aspects could be improved. Overall, a luxurious stay with great value for money.
The hotel is located in an old mansion house, next to several not very attractive high rise blocks adjacent to a large public car park. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious with an elegant bath, although be aware that the bathroom shutters are just that. The service was friendly, although a bit slow at times. The location is good, slightly from the road and a short walk from the UNESCO world heritage site. The dining experience is a combination of self-service buffet and a la carte choices and the smoked meat was good. The facilities are up to the mark, with valet parking available.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious on the 7th floor with a great view of the River, and the bed was super comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff being highly accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and overlooking the river-walk. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with an excellent variety of dishes. The facilities were fantastic, meeting all my needs during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super nice and comfortable, offering a great view. Just be aware that the bathroom shutters are just for show. The service was top-notch, with pleasant and friendly staff. The location was beautifully decorated with Peranakan pieces and very convenient for walking to the UNESCO part of the city. Dining had a decent buffet selection, and the facilities were excellent.
