My stay was fantastic with beautiful views of the Malacca river and all the luxurious amenities one could ask for. However, the dining options were a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the extra-large beds were such a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with the staff welcoming us warmly and providing helpful recommendations for exploring Melaka. The location was superb, close to many attractions in the city. The dining experience was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent value for money.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were fantastically comfortable and elegantly decorated with teak wood fittings, a cozy corner, and a luxurious four-poster bed. They were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The only downside was the lack of phonic isolation. The service was exceptional with warm and friendly staff, especially the ladies in exquisite Malaysian traditional dress. The location was excellent, just across from a new mall, river cruise station, and the heritage village of Kampung Morten, offering a lovely walk along the river. The dining experience was top-notch, although more oriented towards local cuisine. Overall, a very nice hotel with fantastic facilities.

The hotel is located in an old mansion house, next to several not very attractive high rise blocks adjacent to a large public car park. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious with an elegant bath, although be aware that the bathroom shutters are just that. The service was friendly, although a bit slow at times. The location is good, slightly from the road and a short walk from the UNESCO world heritage site. The dining experience is a combination of self-service buffet and à la carte choices and the smoked meat was good. The facilities are up to the mark, with valet parking available.
